Terms & Conditions Payment The course fee must be cleared in BMADE’s bank account 7 working days before the course is run. For each courses there is only one fee applicable. Cancellation by the participant Cancellation from a course must be given in writing by email. There will be a cancellation administration charge of £30. Substitutes, however, are permitted with no administration charge. No cancellation is possible within 14 days of the course being run. Cancellation by BMADE It is BMADE policy to attempt to run courses even when an element of subsidy is required. BMADE, however, reserve the right to cancel any course at any time for any reason without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date or a refund. In such cases no administration will be charged. Course descriptions The content of this BMADE web site is intended to be a guide to prospective course participants and training managers – as does the course objectives and the suggested programme. It does not form part of any contract. BMADE reserve the right to change the speaker under unusual circumstances: this, however, is not envisaged. Data protection When registering for a course, BMADE will log your email address and will keep you informed of other events in your area when appropriate. If you do not wish to receive updated information please write to BMADE by email.
